MA-14576-1 Switch to skiagal renderer for 6sx and 7ulp devices. There's no issue on 6sx and 7ulp if use skiagal renderer. Android 9.0 use skiagl hwui renderer acceleration as default. So continue to use skiagal renderer on 6sx and 7ulp.
