MA-14403-12 Bring imx7ulp on q-preview (cache)

Currently /cache is a symlink of /data/cache,
init can't mount cache when first boot:
init: [libfs_mgr]__mount(source=/dev/block/by-name/cache,target=/cache(missing),type=ext4)=-1: No such file or directory

Add BOARD_CACHEIMAGE_FILE_SYSTEM_TYPE to make
/cache be a folder, done by system/core/rootdir/Android.mk
