MA-11603 Align kernel build rules with android things
Enable imx build without any change in framework
1. Add kernel.mk to define the kernel build rules, which is almost
same as andorid things version
2. Define below config for KERNEL build option into default boot.img
TARGET_KERNEL_DTB
TARGET_KERNEL_DEFCONFIG
TARGET_KERNEL_ARCH
