MA-15841-2 GTS do not allow cameraserver access to vendor data
below GTS case will check whether system binary is allowed access to
vendor data. cameraserver used to access vendor data because of opencl
is used in camera data format convert.
now opencl is not used in cameraserver, the related sepolicy rules can
be removed to make the GTS case pass.
