MA-14756 remove init.{recovery}.freescale.[sd|emmc].rc

Symlink xxx /dev/block/by-name is no need anymore.

System/core/init can get boot_device from
dts android/fstab/vendor{system}/dev node, then
use this boot_device and related block device uevent
to automatically symlink by-name node.

    Adds /dev/block/by-name/<partition> symlinks
