MA-15419 Add secure lock screen feature A feature flag is added to wrap the secure lock screen (CL 66c492a8 in "frameworks/base"). Add this feature to the feature list for i.MX platforms so the pin/pattern lock/unlock can be used. Test: Pin/Pattern lock/unlock on imx8mm_evk.
