MA-15710 revert the commit of not use aio on ffs for usb2.0 device
this commit reverts the commit:
798eab2f29abad067b952898873d3cdb0e842d39
now use aio on functionfs will not cause adbd crash, and use aio can
also avoid the abormal udc driver unregister when plug in the usb cable.
