MA-11599 Upgrade code base to android-p-preview-1

Fix the selinux build error which is due to the rules defined as never allow:
violated by allow bootanim debugfs_tracing:file { write open };
violated by allow audioserver debugfs_tracing:file { write open };
violated by allow kernel device:blk_file { create setattr unlink };
violated by allow cameraserver sysfs:file { read open };
violated by allow sensors sensors:capability { dac_read_search };
violated by allow adbd vendor_file:file { execute open };
violated by allow sensors system_data_file:file { open };
violated by allow hal_bluetooth_default bluetooth_data_file:file { create open };
