MA-16239 Add selinux policy for carservice
Add selinux policy for carservice.
CarProjectionService will monitor wifi AP
state change event.
The sepolicy denied logs are:
avc: denied { create } for scontext=u:r:carservice_app:s0
tcontext=u:r:carservice_app:s0 tclass=netlink_route_socket permissive=0
avc: denied { write } for scontext=u:r:carservice_app:s0
tcontext=u:r:carservice_app:s0 tclass=netlink_route_socket permissive=0
avc: denied { create } for scontext=u:r:carservice_app:s0
tcontext=u:r:carservice_app:s0 tclass=udp_socket permissive=0
