drivers: net: fec_mxc: pass dt node to phy

The dt node has to be passed to the phy or reading from device tree
in the phy driver fails.

Moved "phy-handle" read to fecmxc_ofdata_to_platdata() and added new priv
phy_of_node to pass node over to phy.

Made some more livetree update based on this patch:
26026e695afa ("net: zynq_gem: convert to use livetree")
