imx: mx8m: add imx8m_ddrc_sdram_size
Add a function to set the SDRAM-size automatically for
i.MX8MQ and i.MX8MM.
Also expand this patch for i.MX8MM.
Based on barebox commit: 3da52f308a60 ("ARM: i.MX: esdctl:
Add memory size detection for i.MX8MQ").
