MA-9964-1 build: stop build process if building uboot fail

system do not stop build proceess even bootloader build fail.

if MKAE fail in for loop, system will 'continue' this loop.
So build system can't get the build error info.

This patch add logic build system will exit if meet
bootloader build error.
