LF-63-3 arm64: defconfig: set CONFIG_CRYPTO_DEV_FSL_CAAM_SM_TEST=m
This effectively:
-reverts commit 0c857beb7d45 ("hotfix: arm64: defconfig: disable CONFIG_CRYPTO_DEV_FSL_CAAM_SM_TEST")
since the SM test issue has been fixed and
-changes SM test Kconfig symbol from y to m
(since SM test driver was changed to build only as a module)
