trusty: Add trusty logging driver.

This driver is the consumer side of a ringbuffer of log data
that the secure operating system dumps prints into. Trusty
printfs will be dumped into the kernel log after smc calls
and during panics.

* Added header needed in 4.19 (mmaurer@google.com)
