arm64: dts: imx8mm-phyboard-polis: Create a polis dts for module rev 1a

The pin for the red led on polis has changed with
the module rev 2. This has already been updated for the carrier board.
But we have to keep the the support for the old setup also.
Add a polis-rev1a to keep full support for the rev1a for the
next release.
