MLK-21836-1 fsl_fspi: update fspi driver to adapt spi-mem

After switch to spi-mem, the din buffer format is changed
1. For erase command, the address is in data phase.
2. For 4 bytes address device, even we do not enable 4 bytes support,
   it still pass down 4 bytes address.
