dts: imx7d-pba-c-09: set source for debug uart clk to OSC

As described in commit 74f8b416c5ed312014025c8411357759d0a5bfae

Serial console was lagging when clk parent set to
IMX7D_PLL_SYS_MAIN_240M_CLK and board is in low power mode.
