AM57TLY-69 arm: dts: am57xx-phycore-rdk: enable pcie2_phy for pcie1 x2 mode

pcie1 x2 mode requires the use of the pcie2 PHY, and
the default mode for the pcie1 bus is now x2 mode as
configured in
	arch/arm/boot/dts/am57xx-pcm-948.dtsi
