PCM057-781 arm: dts: am572x-phycore-som: add QSPI1 NOR on CS0

The latest PCB revision (.4) changes the default chip select for
the QSPI NOR device to cs0 to enable booting from QSPI1.

This PCB rev also contains external pull-ups for nHOLD and nWP
so this device is now also capable of operating in SPI-QIO mode.
