HACK: drm/omap: Add DRA7 EVM specific TPD12S015 driver

DRA7 EVM has an "interesting" board design for HDMI. To make it work, we
need hack support from mcasp driver to toggle a mcasp pin, and we need
to change pinmuxing any time we read the EDID.

This patch adds a custom, non-mainlineable, TPD12S015 driver for DRA7
EVM's.
