Revert "PCI: dwc: Modify dbi accessors to access data of 4/2/1 bytes"
and Revert "PCI: dwc: Modify dbi accessors to take dbi_base as argument"
and make it similar to the following upstream commits.
commit b50b2db266d8a8 ("PCI: dwc: all: Modify dbi accessors to take
dbi_base as argument") and commit a509d7d9af5ebf ("PCI: dwc: all: Modify
dbi accessors to access data of 4/2/1 bytes").
