ARM: dts: am437x-gp-evm: Enable PRU-ICSS and the child PRU nodes

The AM437x GP EVM board uses a AM437x SoC that supports the PRU-ICSS
instances. The PRU-ICSS processor bus nodes, subsystem nodes and their
associated child PRU remote processor nodes were left in disabled state
in the base am4372.dtsi file. All these nodes (both PRU-ICSS1 and
PRU-ICSS0 instances) have been enabled now.

The corresponding nodes can be disabled later on if there is no
use-case defined to use a remote PRU core or a PRU-ICSS subsystem if
both its PRU cores are unused.
