HACK: drm/mhdp: Huge DP fix patch

This patch does a lots of things to get the DP driver working. Main
changes to the original driver:

* Drop MST support which is not needed (yet)
* Use DP PHY configuration API for proper link training
* runtime PM
* Many small fixes all around
