media: i2c: mt9m111: add 10bit color format support

For reference, SOC_AS_SENSOR property is only mentioned in appnote
TN09163_A and is otherwise undocumented in mt9m111 datasheets.

Enable the use of these formats by using the new dts boolean
	"mt9m111,allow-10bit"
