media: ti-vpe: vip: Undo set_fmt_params properly

Instead of just disabling the src selector to the SC or CSC unit
like it is done in vip_disable_sc_path() instead revert all of the
change done in set_fmt_params() exactly so we don't disturb the
other port or cause other odd behavior.
