ARM: davinci_all_defconfig: Enable PWM modules

commit 322128e90777543c6633f88f2251cf19ae77bbe7 upstream.

This enables PWM and the TI ECAP and EHRWPM modules. These are used on LEGO
MINDSTORMS EV3.
