Merge branch 'rproc-linux-4.9.y' of git://git.ti.com/rpmsg/remoteproc into rpmsg-ti-linux-4.9.y

Pull in the updated remoteproc base feature branch that includes couple
of Kconfig cleanups to the remoteproc Kconfig. These patches helped in
alleviating some recursive Kconfig dependencies on v4.13 upstream kernel.
