arm: configs: am57xx_phycore_rdk_defconfig: update defconfig with savedefconfig

The original defconfig had every single option, as a mirror
image of the .config file instead of the output of a savedefconfig
command. Now it has been updated and created properly using
	make ARCH=arm savedefconfig
