ARM: dts: dra7x-evm: Make USB1 host work in super-speed mode

Due to the limitation of the DRA7x OTG controller which limits
us from operating the host mode in super-speed while the port is
in dual-role mode, we bypass the OTG controller and allow the
USB driver to directly read the extcon device for USB connector
states (VBUS/ID).
