ti_config_fragments: Add fbcon to audio_display.cfg

Mainline arm 64 bit defconfig does not include fbcon, unlike
omap2plus_defconfig. So add CONFIG_FRAMEBUFFER_CONSOLE to a&d config
fragment.

At the same time, disable unused DRM_HISI_HIBMC driver from the config.
