ti_config_fragments/connectivity.cfg: build PWM drivers into kernel

The most important PWM usecase on TI EVMs is
for LCD backlight control. LCD backlight
should come up as soon as possible while the
kernel is booting for boot-progress/splash
screen display.

Build PWM drivers into the kernel to help this.
