ARM: dts: ti: AM57xx IDK: add lcd & touch

AM57xx IDKs use the same panels as DRA72 and DRA74 EVMs, so they can use
the same panel DT overlays as DRA72/74. The integration is slightly
different, so we need DT overlays to cover the integration to AM57xx
EVMs.
