Merge branch 'rpmsg-linux-4.9.y' of git://git.ti.com/rpmsg/rpmsg into rpmsg-ti-linux-4.9.y

Pull in the updated rpmsg base feature branch that includes a Kconfig
cleanup to the virtio rpmsg core to fix a recursive Kconfig dependency
on ppc64_defconfig.
