AM57TLY-126 meta-phytec-ti: multimedia: dual-camera-demo: create bbappend to force demo to use a single camera

Without this bbappend/patch, the dual-camera-demo attempts to use the
/dev/video0 device as a second camera for PiP support. This causes
the demo to put the framebuffer and GUI in an unknown state.
