meta-phytec-ti: recipes-bsp: u-boot-fw-utils: use UBOOT_CONFIG instead of UBOOT_MACHINE

Since UBOOT_CONFIG is now being used with the u-boot-phytec recipe,
UBOOT_MACHINE is incompatible with the current build process.
Without this commit, any am572*-phycore-rdk build will result
in an error specifying that UBOOT_CONFIG and UBOOT_MACHINE
cannot both be assigned in machine files.

So UBOOT_CONFIG is now also used here for all am572*-phycore-rdk
builds and there is no actual impact on build output.
