IMX7SW-417: fsl: kernel: linux: add updated Linux recipes (4.9, 4.14)

Since imx7_phyboard_zeta_greengrass_defconfig was merged into the
standard imx7_phyboard_zeta_defconfig, revert the defconfig selection
logic to only choose the default.

Additionally, add the linux-phytec-fsl v.4.14.78 recipe.
