net: ti: icssg-prueth: update for interposer card

Extend data structures to hold information about 2 ICSSGs; First is
identified by ICSSG0 and second by ICSSG1. For config, do it for both
instances using index ICSSG0 and ICSSG1. Also define ingress icssg, slice
and egress icssg, slice to direct configuration to appropriate slice of
the ICSSG. For example use ingress icssg, slice for configure classifier.
Use a new compatibility string to identify single instance vs 2 instances
of ICSSG and do proper customization of the driver.
