MLK-19059-3 Enable uuu for i.MX6SLL EVK
i.MX6SLL boards enable fastboot as default.
Support: mx6sllevk_defconfig
mx6sllevk_epdc_defconfig
mx6sllevk_optee_defconfig
mx6sllevk_plugin_defconfig
uuu will use fastboot command to write emmc.
