Revert "sunxi: Pine64: temporarily remove extra Pine64 non-plus DT"

Now with the MMC environment gone, we have enough space to accommodate
the Pine64 "non-plus" .dtb again.

This reverts commit 47952b8e42c2790150e16d3d4235b3a1ee0ba9bb.
