common: classes: phytec-*-localversion: update git remote before checking tags

Without this change, if using a local DL_DIR
separate from the designated build directory,
the previously fetched git source may not grab
the latest tags needed to print out the proper
release version.

Performing git remote update ensures that the
local repo will be updated with the latest commits
and tags, and will have a minimal impact in build
times.
