PDK-1927 : Fixed : ISS capture batemetal example is not working on TDA3xx

        Root Cause : The sensor programming was in correct.

        Fix : Updated the sensor configuration and switched to
                use UB954 evm as sensor. Use of UB954 EVM is a
                better option as compared to sensor.
                Requires fewer reg programming, require to prog
                12 reg versus 1100 registers.

        Testing : Tested using ISS Capture bare metal application.
